My Journey

From an early age, pastry set the rhythm of my family life. After a master's degree in cultural management at Audencia Nantes, I decided to take the leap and turn my passion into a professional project. In 2017, I launched my pastry blog to share my first pastry recipes. In 2020, I took it to the next level by earning my CAP Pâtisserie as an independent candidate, thanks to self-directed training through specialized books, video tutorials, and magazines.

Sweet Philosophy

For me, pastry is above all a moment of sharing: whether it’s an afternoon snack with family or a celebration dessert, I offer simple, accessible, and always very indulgent recipes. With few ingredients and plenty of imagination, I revisit classics, draw inspiration from French tradition, my travels, and culinary encounters, and I show that a good dessert can be born from nothing more than a zest of creativity.

Publications and Projects

In 2021, I published Il était un cake with Hachette, a book bringing together more than 50 cake recipes, from the simplest to the most sophisticated, with inserts, glazes, and ideas to share with family. At the same time, I regularly collaborate with brands to create bespoke recipes and produce pastry content optimized for the web and social networks.
