Here is a very simple summer recipe, with no equipment and very few ingredients, but so delicious that it will make you want to turn on the oven even in hot weather: a blueberry crumble (to be served, of course, with a scoop of ice cream). You can replace the blueberries with red fruits of your choice: blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, strawberries...), enough to delight you all summer long! This is a recipe for a crispy-soft crumble, not just crispy; personally, I like it when the dough mixes a bit with the fruits, becoming soft inside with a crispy crust 😊
